Miller Carter Brookmans Park - Hatfield

Today my family went to eat, we paid to have a delicious, comfortable, fun meal. but unfortunately today we met 1 female staff member name is Maria , she sevice no good so rough with my family. She forgot bring starter: Prawn with avocado cocktail, and the steak their wedge dressing she forgot to bring the 5 a wedge dressing bacon honey mustard that we ordered. She bring 5 sirloin steaks first, we were almost done when I asked the other staff for 5 dressing bacon honey bacon forgot bring . At that time, another staff bring them, that staff was very friendly with us. As for the staff member named Maria, that person has bad service, is not friendly with customers, scowls at guests and wrongly charged Bill 3 times for us again. when she gave the wrong Bill she didn't apologize to us and even made a mess with us. We are not satisfied with your service attitude of staff named Maria. I hope there won't be a next time when I go back there. We came and went very politely and friendly with your shop but why does your shop have such a bad staff. We pay with an amount of nearly 300 we want to eat enjoy and relax. Next time I want come back see manager talking about her more. She have more rough with us

The best Miller Carter restaurant I have ever visited. Very professional, well spoken, welcoming staff. Food was nice hot and we didn't have to wait too long once the food order was placed. Highly recommended.

I went here for Valentines Day and had a very nice meal that I simply cannot fault. The food was delicious, perfect temperatures, full of flavour. The atmosphere was relaxed and romantic, perfect for Valentines Day. The service was excellent, so polite, friendly and well paced. For my dinner I had a camembert starter to share and it was absolutely sublime. The cheese was so tasty, so gooey and was just heavenly. I then had the fillet cut steak for my main with beef dripping sauce. The steak was cooked to perfection, medium rare, just how I like it. It had plenty of flavour and the beef dripping was amazing. To finish I had the sticky toffee pudding which was nice as it wasn't really sickly like a lot of sticky toffee puddings tend to be. The only improvement I could possibly suggest is that where we were sat, the window next to us was a bit dirty. But something like that is so minor, and I wasn't interested in looking out the window anyway, I was more interested in looking at my beautiful girlfriend who was sat opposite me . Overall it was the perfect place to dine for a romantic Valentines Day. 10/10...MUST TRY!

Visited last night with a big group of people for a works do. There was about 20 25 of us. After the experience we all had here and considering the amount of us there was, we was well looked after by the staff big shout out to Hannah, this girl knows how the restaurant industry works. Her service was top class, and very knowledgeable too. On top of the fantastic service from Hannah, the food was excellent. There was a lot of us and to keep to that level of quality for the food I am double impressed. Highly recommend visiting Overall, great food and a fantastic level of service from the friendly staff. What more do you need when visiting a restaurant Brilliant!

Visited here Saturday having visited the other one in Wheathampstead. I swore I'd never return as I found it pretty terrible. However I've been working near brookmans Park Miller and Carter and it looked alot better than the previous. Couldn't fault a thing with the food and the service was brilliant. Compliments to the manager Kurt, he was very welcoming and polite.
