Five Guys - Haverhill

It was very good. There was 7 in our party, all enjoyed it throughly. Everyone got a burger and fries they were all cooked to perfection.I had a chocolate shake with bacon and whipped cream, it was a great savory sweet combo.

I was pleased with my overall visit this evening. Due to dietary restrictions, I gave the staff a confusing order online. When I got there, I discovered it wasn’t quite right, but wasn’t too far off either. When I explained to them what I meant with my order, the young man cooking the fries offered to make me a brand new one immediately and apologized— which wasn’t necessary at all. When I asked if I could just have a bowl set up, the shift lead quickly made me a bowl with all the requested fixings. The burgers were tasty, and my husband commented that the fries stayed crispy and hot even after the drive home.

The food at this place is fantastic, and how many restaurants can you find that specialize in hot dogs? They truly make the best hot dogs around. If you're a fan of hot dogs, you absolutely have to check this spot out! Whatever you choose from the menu, you’re bound to enjoy your meal—everything is delicious!

The fries are typically fresh, and the shakes are thick and delicious. The staff is generally friendly and attentive. However, I've noticed some recent horseplay among the employees, which gives off a somewhat unprofessional vibe. Additionally, the prices have become quite high for just two people to enjoy a burger and fries. Maybe I'm just getting older and more discerning?

I absolutely love this place! As always, the staff was courteous and quick. The food was exceptional.
