Costa Coffee - Havering

The two Costas in Hornchurch are both disappointing. I understand that they are busy, so wear and tear is inevitable, but it seems like no one cares about the condition of the restaurant. The furniture needs attention as it was dirty and I didn't feel comfortable sitting down. The outdoor deck is loose and unsafe, untidy and unappealing with a broken canopy hanging lopsidedly overhead. As a major chain, Costa should ensure their franchises maintain higher standards.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. The team is excellent and Catalin has a natural talent for providing top-notch customer service. Definitely the best place to visit for a nice experience.
