Frankie Benny's New York Italian Restaurant Bar Romford

I had a wonderful time, as usual. I absolutely adore coming to this restaurant - the staff is welcoming and the food is delicious. Definitely one of the best!

I made a reservation for my brother's birthday celebration at this restaurant. My brother has mild learning difficulties, so I made a note in the booking that he enjoys being the center of attention. I ordered the birthday doughnut, which came with a 'big kids' party bag for free. The table was decorated with birthday signs and the party bag included challenge cards that made the meal fun. It also had a birthday hat, stickers, and a key ring. The staff gathered to sing happy birthday when they brought out the giant doughnut cake with candles. Our waiter, Marco, was fantastic with my brother and kept him laughing. It was a perfect experience and the food was also excellent. We will definitely be returning.

We went to restaurants in Romford yesterday. The staff was very kind and helpful, the food was very good and fresh. We had a lovely evening at Frankie & Benny's restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Visited many times, but this was slightly different. Service is always good here, but Paul added something just a little more. He had humour and professional abilities that adds to a most enjoyable eating experience. The Chicken burger was delicious and reasonable.
