12's Cafe & Co - Hawthorn East

Hi there, I just wanted to pass on some praise to your sensational waiter, Raja. My boyfriend and I ordered pizza from you guys via Uber Eats, but after the delivery driver went MIA, our food never arrived. Starving, we came into the restaurant and explained to Raja what had happened and, even though it was getting late and the kitchen was closing, he made sure we didn’t leave still hungry. We had a lovely meal (the saganaki is simply divine) and Raja’s kindness and sincerity turned our whole night around. What we thought would end up a sad night eating Maccas in bed turned into a beautiful dinner for two and I can’t thank him enough. It would mean a great deal that he received the appropriate recognition for his excellent service.

The staff at this restaurant is very attentive and friendly. The Shiraz (priced at $48, I believe) was delicious, as was the garlic focaccia pizza. It's a great spot to stop at before catching a movie. I highly recommend it.

We had an incredible experience dining at Paradiso. The staff were fantastic and the food exceeded our expectations. We decided to stop in for a pre-movie drink and meal, and we were absolutely impressed. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We had my husband's 60th birthday at Cafe Paradiso in the beer garden last night. Wonderful night. Everyone loved the food. Service was excellent. Would definitely recommend having your guests there.
