I have been coming to this location for almost 15 years and they have excellent food. I love their salsa and chips. The shrimp burrito with rice and black beans was incredibly delicious. Alex, you are the best!

I love their friendly customer service I like that you don?t have to wait a long time to get your food the tortilla soup is my favorite and the shrimp tacos the patio area is so cute!!!

I prefer this place to those in Fremont and Newark... seems more authentic, although all have good food. Complimentary Chips/salsa are a welcome treatment while you cannot go wrong with their skill selections. My wife can't get enough of the Tilapeno soup.

The service at this restaurant has been gradually declining in terms of customer service. On 11/13/22, I placed an order and when I got home, I realized that two items were missing. I called the restaurant and a woman from La Piñata assured me that they would credit my account for the missing items. However, when I checked my account on 12/14, there was no credit. I called again and the person who answered the phone claimed to know nothing about it, saying they needed to "see using the map", indicating a lack of communication among staff. I had to go back to the restaurant and show them the receipt. I am still waiting to see if the credit will appear in my account.
