Pancho Villa - Helsinki

We have made a reservation for a table that was first a good idea, but unfortunately we wait for about 75 minutes for our food that has not yet come. it also seems strange that the personal ignores our empty glasses for more than half an hour to now. very sad that I can't give a review of what was actually good in the past. but make sure that this restaurant no longer sees me.

We had a great dining experience at this restaurant. For starters, we enjoyed mozzarella and jalapeno sticks, followed by a hamburger and fajitas for our main course. Each dish came with a side salad, and the service was friendly and attentive. However, there was a long wait time, even though we were warned about it beforehand. It still felt longer than anticipated. I would suggest hiring more staff for washing as there was a constant line of customers. The restaurant could accommodate more guests, as there were empty tables, but the kitchen seemed to struggle to keep up with the demand.

After waiting a long time for the food in a half-empty restaurant, I was hoping it would be worth it. I will provide updates: the meal was delicious. The small steak was actually big and juicy. I now give this restaurant 5 stars, which brings the average between my initial and final evaluation to 3 stars.

The food is consistently good and the fries are delightful, but this restaurant tends to be very crowded and the service is extremely slow. During my last visit, I waited an hour for my order to be ready, even though the estimated wait time was only 40 minutes. Additionally, they overcooked the cheese on my burger, something I had never encountered before.

The food was really really good but the service was a bit messy. However the waitress was still very nice and approachable.
