Del Taco - Henderson

This is honestly the best Del taco I have ever been to they seemed quite busy when I arrived but they were more than helpful when they finally attended me. ?????????? I was using the drive-through service and Tommy is the one who came to help me and provided me with outstanding service he is the reason why I will definitely be coming back here again thank you so much for making the wait Time seem more bearable with your immaculate customer service. ???????????????? I highly recommend this Dell taco to anyone who is craving a late night grub. Or even if you order mobile service! ????????

Del Taco in Henderson off of Marks Street is in desperate need of staffing!!!!! If you?re in management you need to help your employees until you can hire additional help. If you can?t help the employees, change the hours of operation for hours that are more beneficial to ensure service. What?s the sense in being open for customers to endure extended wait times?! Like really? My family and I sat in the drive thru for approximately 20 minutes with 2 cars ahead of us and 2 behind us. The lady said she?s working alone. Unbelievable

On the website it claims dell taco is open 24 hours however when you go there the lights on but nobody replies! They need to clarify if they are open 24 hours or if they close and let the customers know! Sometimes they are open and sometimes they are not that is no way to run a business!

We got four of their new 7' sandwiches to go. After a very long day I was excited to know our meal was already made...,yeah, half a . Huge bread a little everything else! Forgot the qacomoly period! Believe me it looked NOTHING like advertisement. Extremely dissatisfied!

Worst, most poorly managed/operated Del Taco location in all of Henderson. 8pm on a Friday, people eating in the dining room but the door is locked and no one comes to open it? Hours say dining room is open til 10pm sooooo? Horrible service. Firehouse Subs across the parking lot was wonderful though.
