Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a chocolate fudge cake with white frosting and with a Bavarian crème filling inside. The cake (pictured) was impeccably decorated with roses and trim, it was 4 layers and it was stunning and delicious. This was not the first time I ordered a cake from here, Chef Flemings cakes are simply the best, there is no competition. It was custom made, you are not buying just another cake off of the shelf. No gross filings were put in or on the cake, it was excellent all on its own.
This bake shop is completely off the beaten path, in Henderson, a long way from the Strip. My daughter recommended it I tried it with my friends. It was a pleasant surprise! The owners of the shop are from Denmark and they make European style pastries. We only had some of the simple american pastries, like bear claws and they were delicious. We also got to meet one of the pastry chefs, Anita Kiraly, who apparently comes from Pastry Royalty. Her parents were very well known, successful Pastry Chefs in her native Hungary.
Great pastry! Cozy in-house dining area. Best zucchini bread I've ever had! Also love the cannoli, lemon bars and tarts!
We tried to go to this place 3 times only because we received coupons for $10 in bakery products. Our first visit was 15 minutes before closing and the only items left were a large peanut butter cookie, a lemon tart and a small chocolate iced eclair. those 3 items cost me another $1.00 beyond the $10 coupon. The cookies was nothing special tasted mass produced and grocery store made. The lemon tart was blah tasted like lemon pudding? Zero on any tartness. Chef Flemmings is absolutely the most amazing and best bakery in the Las Vegas Valley. We have been buying pastries, cakes, pies and almost everything else they have. We have never had such delicious food. Chef is a real sweetheart and deserves all of the accolades he receives.
