Mountainside Tavern - Henderson

The whole place REEKS of SEWER GAS. The pit toilet smell almost knocks you over when you open the door. It's revolting. Unless you enjoy the wafting smell of a portapottie with your food. P.S. the water also has the taste of sulphur. And this isn't a one time thing, it's an all the time thing.

The food was really good. They had a great selection. We were able to get lunch even though it was early. They had a lot of choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. The service was excellent. There is a nice view of the city. Would be pretty at night. The restaurant is surrounded by tall windows to make the best of the view. The restaurant is pretty too and very clean. The place filled up with what seemed like many regulars after we got there. Would recommend. We have been 2x and enjoyed the food both times. We had taken our car to be detailed next door and went to the restaurant to eat a meal while we waited.

Had the fish tacos late on a Sunday. I'd do it again. Even with the sunset pouring in from the large windows, the lighting was low. Separate bar area for video gambling. Great dining option if you're looking for a hot plate near Lake Mead.

Good food. Awesome people! Can't win if you don't play!

Cute place outside the desert mountains. Waitress was very smoky and friendly and on top of everything. Typical bar food.
