The tuna sashimi did not disappoint either. If you need a high quality quick expensive meal in a resort casino then this place hits the mark.
Our server Jon is such a sweetheart. Their complimentary sourdough bread is a winner. Seasonal oysters are great.
Fresh oysters upon ice on display. Semi-open kitchen to watch your food being prepared. Lots of TV's to watch sports.
We are locals and have not been to Tides in a few years, definitely since before covid. Always enjoyed the sushi, gumbo, jambalaya etc.. and Service always top notch. Last night we were shocked to see they have now removed the sushi bar and the menu is minimal. The section of menu for gumbo, pan roast, etc.. we were told was not available due to issues with burners. This was before we learned the menu was scaled back. We ordered the salmon, and fish chips which were good. Our server which I failed to get her name was excellent. We remembered her from previous visits, very personable (been w Stations for 25 yrs, w Tides for 10 yrs.. just a really nice gal. However, all said and done, I can't see us returning to Tides anytime soon, and the disappointment lies with the scaled back menu, pure and simple.
My food was great. Website and other said they had Sushi, they don't anymore? the Shrimp scampi was just okay. but everything else was very good
