Dairy Queen - Herculaneum

We frequent this location as it's right down the hill from our house. The staff is always friendly, food is always correct and hot. You should be very proud of your staff here. We have never had a bad experience at the Herculaneum DQ in all the years wehave been coming here.

You guys saved me. Working 14 hours a day, I didn?t have time to plan my husband?s birthday cake or dinner. I had a giant order plus a cake and you guys did it in record speed. Staff was so friendly and the fact they offered to write on my cake when Ithought because I planned this so last minute he would be out of luck as far as the ?happy birthday ? kind of blew me away.Mainly because they OFFERED and I didn?t even ask. The only thing that could of made my experience better is if you sold beer aswell so I didn?t have to stop somewhere else as well haha. Thank you so much!

Dairy Queen isn't known for particularly good food more for their ice cream. But their burgers are not bad. Most of the people that work there are pretty friendly. We went ?o the one in Herculanium and had a very pleasant meal.

I ordered a #1 combo with a strawberry shake, great food burger actually looks like the picture and friendly staff.

Fantastic restaurant run by amazing people. Used the drive-thru to pick up some ice cream while driving thru Herculaneum. The person who waited on us was friendly and polite. The ice cream was delicious. Refreshing to see service and customer care be apriority. Will be visiting again next time in Herculaneum.
