Contribuisci feedbackI had a fantastic time at this restaurant. The afternoon tea was absolutely amazing. The sandwiches were made just the way we liked them, and the scones were deliciously warm. The staff was incredibly accommodating, offering us more tea, coffee, cream, and milk without hesitation. The service was impeccable, and the setting, views, and atmosphere were all beautiful and comfortable.
We recently hosted a gathering at Valley Restaurant and were extremely impressed with the service and food provided. Head Chef Deepak and Restaurant Manager Trevor went above and beyond to create a delicious buffet that delighted our guests. We highly recommend Valley Restaurant as a venue for any celebration, the menu options are fantastic and they are willing to accommodate any special requests. Overall, a top-notch experience! Thank you Valley Restaurant for a job well done.
I am at a loss for where to begin with this review. We decided to dine here to celebrate a family birthday, but we found the menu to be lacking in inspiration. It featured basic dishes like fish and chips, lasagne (which unexpectedly came with chips), and curry, more suited for a casual lunch rather than a special occasion. This would have been forgivable if the food had been prepared and served well, but unfortunately, that was not the case. We felt rushed to place our orders, and our food was almost served to the wrong table. Three of the main courses were hardly edible. When we explained the issue with one of the dishes, we were simply told that our feedback would be passed on without any apology or resolution. The service was hurried, with water only offered to those who requested it individually rather than the entire table. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Visited for a meal with family who had travelled 5 hours. First impressions were bar was scruffy, chairs scattered all over Girl at bar was hopeless, they didn't have basics like bottled coke, had a guineas pump but only sold cans, girl was so vague. Manager was downright rude expecting us yo order mins after leaving dirty laminated menus with us, we needed yo catch up so he told us we should have ordered within 10 mins, a real attitude ! Conservatory and decking area old and un inspiring so apart from stunning views it's not nice to be in. Table was filthy, grooves in table filled with old food. Food was OK but very overpriced for the quality, thin fries served with fish and chips, peas shrivelled up , small portions. Would not visit again.
Deepak is an excellent Chef and all the meals are delicious. The conservatory restaurant has fabulous views. The service is excellent and the staff are lovely and professional.
