Kfc - Hermitage

Food is always good. But since the prices have almost doubled, we dont go very often now.

The cashier was friendly but, I believe she rang my order up incorrectly. I say this because I ordered the 12 piece meal it's supposed to be $25? My total was $40! I was in a hurry to feed my granddaughter. Unless Inflation? I also asked for platesto eat on she said they don't have plates anymore? This was weird. Overall all the food wasn't that hot or fresh!

Got an 8 piece thigh and drumsticks meal with 3 sides got 7pieces and 2 sides . They said the mash potatoes and gravy sides are one even though they come in seperate containers. got 2 coleslaw and one was just coleslaw no dressing on it at all. Will noteat there again. The time before the chicken was awful too.

Worst experience ever. Chicken was horrible. Tasted as if it had been sitting all day long. The sides are incredibly small and not even enough for a family of 4 let alone 5. Complete waste of $50. Will never return.

Spent $50 on a 12 piece bucket and extra sides and was suspicious when I got to the window it was all ready. They didn't even fill the side dishes so wasn't even enough for everyone like it used to be, gravy now comes in tiny little containers, and thechicken definitely was yesterdays because it wasn't even crispy! Now I see why they are rated 3.9 stars. Tried calling tocomplain and it just rings busy every time.
