The chicken lacked flavor and the texture was off, with too much breading and poor quality meat. The lo mein was bland and the texture was also not great, with the noodles being fine but the meat feeling like gelatin. The crab rangoon was okay in texture but the flavor was not quite right. Overall, I was not satisfied with the meal but continued to eat it because it was all I had and I had already paid for it. On a positive note, the fortune cookie was crispy and tasty, and the fortune was not insulting.
I ordered delivery through Grubhub. The Crispy Beef was soggy and lacked flavor, the Szechuan Green Beans tasted like burnt plastic, and the pork dumplings were small, overcooked, and deep-fried. Even the fortune cookies were stale and terrible. Avoid this place! I had to warn others about how bad the food was.
This is one of my top Chinese restaurants to order from through GrubHub. I have never had any issues to complain about. The food is always hot and tastes fresh every time. The delivery staff are friendly, even though they sometimes forget to include chopsticks. One time, they forgot my 2-liter drink, but when I called, they promptly sent out another delivery person to resolve the issue.
Sells 20oz soda on website, but it's a 16.9oz in reality. Peking duck was overcooked and like jerky (no hyperbole, it was chewy), and the pancakes/crepes that duck normally come with were flour tortillas. The wonton soup and triple delight were delicious, as was the general sou's chicken. Overall some good food, but the pricier items left some quality to be desired. I don't recommend ordering via doordash. $50 for the half and full duck would have been a HUGE ripoff. Also, doordash prices seem to be 30-40% higher than their website's prices for every item.
The entrees and lunch special were pretty good, but $7 for these fried wonton is way too rediculous considering they are 90% breading and 10% really dry and oily pork.
