I made reservations here twice last week for 2 people, since Valentine's Day was coming, I wanted to surprise my 9-year-old son with a dinner for him and his girlfriend! I first made a reservation online for him and his girlfriend where you could add an extra comment in the form of celebrating something, since this should be a special occasion for them, I indicated in the reservation whether they could do something extra for his valentine's date!! Because they are very young in age, I made a second separate reservation for both mothers in the same restaurant so that there would be remote supervision. I also contacted Silk by telephone 2 days before the visit to discuss everything thoroughly, including the extra encore for my son's date... And everything would be fine, the lady said. So on Valentine's Day we sent our son to Silk with his girlfriend, I also told him that Silk would do something extra for his girlfriend, you guessed it!! He called me when they had finished the food and asked what the extra surprise was... I understand that it is human to forget something when a booking is made online, but if you want to avoid disappointment and call to clarify it, this is of course a bitter pill, especially for a 9-year-old child.
