Ihop - Hialeah

The customer service was terrible. We had to wait a long time, and the staff seemed more focused on cleaning the floor than attending to us while we were still eating. This place is definitely not worth it.

The food was excellent. There was a server on each side of the restaurant, and the young lady who attended to us was outstanding. I made sure to give her a generous tip. If you have the chance to experience this, I highly recommend rewarding this server as they really go above and beyond.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited an entire hour for an online order I had already paid for, and there was a complete lack of organization. Customers were coming in and out with no system in place. To make matters worse, my food was cold when it finally arrived. The manager seemed more focused on the kitchen than on managing the front, which is quite telling. I even overheard a server speaking in Spanish, expressing their reluctance to help a particular table—it's unprofessional to speak like that in front of customers. I understand that staffing shortages are an issue these days, but that doesn’t excuse the poor organization at this restaurant. I would recommend avoiding this place. There's a First Watch nearby that offers much better service, although you might have to wait a bit for a table on weekends.

I waited a while before anyone came to the front. She has her hands filled with things I didn't want to look at so I told her I would wait. I had already been there for a while so why not? Finally got my order in for the family and went home. Everything was okay. Nothing to be over excited for unfortunately and we had to warm up a few of the items. The eggs were hard and looked overcooked. We didn't eat them. Overall, I didn't have to cook but venture out the house for average. It's cool.

Wonderful service, my omelette was hot and fresh. And the tea was so delicious.
