Latin Cafe 2000 - Hialeah

This restaurant is located in a great spot in the Hialeah area however can not say this for the service you receive. I have gone here in the past and haven’t received good service from the waiters. I decided to give them another chance and visited once more. I choose a sandwich which was not made with the ingredients that were described in the menu (the ingredients is why I choose it). I had to wait for 5 minutes to get a spoon. The waitress came and took the order and didn’t come back till the end. The glasses of water were empty....could I get some more...? What topped off the visit was when I ordered cream cheese and guava. The dish was full or guava and I got a slice of cream cheese as thin as an onion skin. When I asked for more I was told "I would have to order another order and pay another 3.25 to get another slice of cheese (which would be as thin as the other one I had gotten). A great response to a paying customer don’t you think? These things might seem small but when you are paying for something you should get it correctly and timely. Definitely will not go back. With the amount of Cuban restaurants in Hialeah, will find another one.
