Contribuisci feedbackAfter a 20-minute drive from my house I arrived at Pollo Tropical at 9:52. I'm going through the lane and waiting for my branch, an employee puts a chair in front of my car, blocks me and goes away. I thought maybe they were closed. But if they close at 10, why are you blocking me at 9:52?? I'll check online and see they close at 11:00. I call Pollo Tropical and the recording says they close at midnight, so I parked my car and walked in. There were several people standing there either waiting to order or wait to pick up: no way to distinguish between the two. The place was dirty with food, plastic cutlery, cups, paper plates, dirty paper napkins all over the floor, and towers of chairs dangerously stacked on top down on the tables, but no one was there cleaning everything. I see the employee who blocked my car with the chair, and I asked him who it was to change Pollo Tropical's hours of operation and closing procedure. He offered an apology and told me he was told to block the drive through the track, but could not really tell me what was the reason for it. So I asked about a To-go menu so that my girlfriend could get something out, she was in my car, in her pyjamas (so why we needed to use the ride through). He went through an employee only door and after a few minutes he comes out and tells me that they have no more menus to give. Excuse me again and tells me that the menus are always available online. We ordered a double cheeseburger and two chilidogs with frits and a drink, for $8, at Checker 's.
The worst, I ordered today 7/8/22 by Uber está 1/4 by chicken, no relation to the picture on the site, terrible?
So ridiculous. You never have a dark meat after a certain time and look at my pictures. This is 20 minutes before closing so don?t come after 10:30
I loved the food, but I was give half of a half of breast, the cashier at the drive thru was passing my bag to me and black beans had spilled all over inside the bag. I pointed it out to him before reaching for it. He said yeah a little bit of beans spilled. I said to him, im not accepting that food like that please change the bag. He gave me a look. As though how dare i inconvenience him and his line . Than i asked for 2 garlic sauce to dip my meats ok in because it is to doe for And a manager came and started talking to him so i had to wait, than the manager passed me 2 and it was with a surprise in my hand sauce was all over the one 's he gave me, so now my hand is covered with this I can 't. Smh. service was fair. Everything else with the beans spilling in my bag was unacceptable. I paid over $20 i think I 've earned the right to get good packing of my food, presentations is everything, even when you eat at restaurants. Very messy.
Every time I go to this Pollo Tropical, they don?t have a certain something, like Cilantro sauce!! A lot of people go to pollo tropical for this particular sauce. Another thing is I ordered a tropic chop and I get little bit of chicken, and the side avocado is three tiny pieces. This is the only pollo tropical that always has an issue? manager needs to reevaluate it?s staff, customer service and maintenance!
