Contribuisci feedbackThe two boys sat in the backroom of Subway this morning were most upset that I disturbed their fun in the back while the front was unattended. I greetedone when he emerged with a friendly good morning only to be ignored. One lost customer, they were bothgrubby looking anyway.
Subway staff are very rude, waited 10 minutes before coming to take order knowing I was there bc they saw me walk up and disregarded me. Asked for a meatball sub was rudely told they didn't have meatballs and if wanted them to go to another storedown the road. Told the young lady I would be speaking to the building manager and she informed me she WAS the restaurantmanager. I found the building manager.
A pleasant travel center that is clean and well-maintained. It has a wide variety of options available. I had to wait in line for a little while at checkout, but that was the only downside.
The restaurant was quite decent overall, but it appeared to be understaffed. My main concern was that the coffee and tea cup lids looked very dirty, which is troubling. I hope this issue gets addressed promptly.
The restaurant, Pilot, was clean and well-maintained. There was ample parking, and the staff were friendly. I was disappointed that my shower head was broken; while I understand that water pressure can vary by location, being able to adjust the shower head would have been helpful. However, the size and layout of the showers were quite nice.
