Wendy's - High Point

I previously rated WENDY'S a 3, but that was at the location on North Main in High Point. The WENDY'S on NC-68, however, has fantastic service! Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for the manager's name. The staff is always busy, but they make sure to acknowledge you when you arrive at the counter, letting you know that they will be with you shortly.

This location has definitely improved. The wait time in the drive-thru is better, and the accuracy of my orders has also gotten much better. They even thanked me, which was a nice touch!

Probably the best Wendy's have ever ate at.. Super clean friendly staff.. Food was fast and delicious.. I had the triple stack bourbon Cheeseburger and my son had the $5 bag with a double stack.. We were both Is very happy with our visit...

I got the number 3 which is the 10 piece nugget meal, either spicy or regular. They didn’t ask which one I wanted and proceeded to give me spicy. The drink was filled with ice PAST the halve way mark. Always a problem at this Wendys. Workers are rude.

The food was tasty, but I did have an issue with the ultra spicy 10-count nugget—they only provide one sauce packet, which isn’t sufficient. Other than that, everything was going smoothly, and I managed to make it work. I was really looking forward to my Baconator fries, and they were delicious... until I found a long, curly hair hanging from one of them. It was absolutely disgusting. That level of hygiene is unacceptable. Wendy's, you need to do better!
