We stop in here every time we camp over at Ginnie Springs, which is a few times a year. We try something different almost every visit and the service is always pleasant and I like that it is a family run business. This last trip at Christmas, we tried the English pork scratchin's...basically cheesed up fresh pork rinds. Apparently its a family recipe and as kids, it was often fought over by the family children when dad would cook it up. Yummmmy!! Definitely a new experience for someone who is already a fan of pork rinds. My guy had the Wall burger and he was happy with that too. We would def recommend The Diner to anyone who is in the area!!
Super friendly people and the feel is that classic diner experience you either miss it just heard about growing up depending on your age. The food was great, the nachos are actually homemade fried chips with all the fixings and the fish sandwich was really large portion and tasted great.
