You have to go at the right time. The servers can be good. I would say it is more like a 30% chance of getting great service. Otherwise, it is a roll of the dice. The food typically is pretty good. But they do have a tendency of messing up a dish or too. (As they did the last time we went) but they are quick to fix. When you can finally catch a server. The atmosphere is great.

Received bad service as well as cold food and did not even get a free beer with my wings! False advertising! Combined with bad service leaves a bad taste in my mouth please never go to this restaurant unless that's what you're looking for....

Worst customer service, from the waiter and the managers! I recommend never going to this restaurant ever again! Unless you want the worst service in the world combined with subpar food then go ahead and go there if you're looking for poor customer service and a meal to match!

Went here once Connor was an absolute jerk horrible attitude left me and my date waiting for over 30 whole minutes for condiments and then again for around 40 minutes to return with the check. Didn't even bother him about it because I didn't want to be a bother, but Connor knew what he was doing he was holding me hostage on purpose.id recommend the food but wouldn't recommend Conner

Small place for Karaoke, but great atmosphere and service was good.
