The gentleman was about to make the sandwich and a young lady named Erin stopped him and stated that the breads are for customers that come in a bus. The way in which she delivered the message was unacceptable. No apology, no explanation. Zero customer service skills. She should not be serving the public. PS How does Subway not have bread?
This is the best subway this side of the Mississippi! None other can compare. After suffering nigh to death from food poisoning from a meatball sub in St. George, I was hesitant, but this location has surpassed every expectation. It is fast, it is clean, it is fresh, and it is tasty. Located at the foot of scenic Navajo sandstone cliffs, this is a great place to grab lunch as you haul yourself to Zion, the Grand Canyon, or the office. Also, they have new bread now! Amazing. Parking: It is a gravel lot near a gas station. Kid-friendliness: They will make the sandwich just the way a picky kid wants it.
I opted for curbside pickup at this restaurant, but was disappointed to find that they had given me flatbread instead of the multigrain bread I had requested. When I called to address this issue, Pauline Timpson claimed she had tried to reach me but was unable to get through. She simply told me to “deal with it” without offering a refund or any other resolution. I was specifically seeking a refund and was frustrated by the lack of assistance. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was informed that there would be a longer wait, and only then did I discover that the sandwiches had been haphazardly assembled without mayo and not toasted as I had requested. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication and subpar food quality.
The lovely woman who serves at this restaurant is not exaggerating when she says it is located in a remote area.
I ordered a kids meal and they began preparing it on a piece of bread that was only two inches long. When I questioned this, they gave me a strange look and insisted it was three inches. However, I knew from previous experiences over the last 15 years that it is supposed to be 4 inches. I eventually gave up trying to argue with them. It's unfortunate that the menu doesn't specify the length.
