Legendary Fish and Chips, lived around the corner for 11 years and have still not found better chips. Chinese is tops as well and great value for a large family. My Dad visiting from Perth also raves about Freshly Cooked Takeaways. Come and check it out!

This has been my local takeaways for the past 5 years, over time i have tried others in the area but always come back to this one. <br/ <br/ The fish has always been good, and i am not particularly fond of fish. Their Chinese has consistently been good too especially the chicken and vegetables and fried rice, their sweet and sour pork isn't too fatty or battery either.<br/ <br/ Their packs are a good price and the boys that serve have always been pleasant despite the fact that i am sure they would rather be doing something else. The owners are lovely and often call out and say hi while they are cooking and the place is regularly busy.<br/ <br/ Overall good takeaways, reasonable prices and consistently good. I am definitely a fan

Outstanding food! The Wontons are my crack. The sweet and sour Chicken is my lover. The burgers here are also really good, and they have outstanding Thickshakes! This is one of only two fish and chip shops in Hamilton, I like and recommend! These guys are a neighbourhood gem and are criminally underrated. The fish is fresh and flaky, the salt ratio is perfect and they have so many options, that you'll never get bored either! I felt like everything, so I had a UK style Cheeky Chinese, with sweet and sour, crunchy chips, Wontons and a sneaky piece of fish. My lord. What a spot smasher!
