Do you use yellow cheddar cheese in your cheese enchiladas? I don't care for the white cheese sauce. Can I order them with cheddar?

Just went here for Margaritas and turned into a couple of pitchers that were amazing. The staff here is awesome.

Food was awesome! Very friendly service and clean!! Except I fill up on chips and salsa and have to get a to go box for half my food lol! They changed their seasonings for the burritos back so I'm very happy!! Nice bar too

I've been here 5 or 6 times now and this restaurant is consistently great. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Being from Arizona and New Mexico I'm pretty critical of Mexican restaurants, but this one is good.
