The North End Pour House - Hilton Head

Placed an order at 7:05pm and at 7:40 our order was canceled with no explanation and we are not sure we have gotten a credit. Never have encountered such an event. Don't ever order from this place using Door Dash or other places.

Referring to the hours posted on website, we drove in from south end this past Monday around 6:30 pm. Restaurant closed up, no notice or hours posted on door. Tried calling. No answer and no phone message. Definitely will call if we want to go again, but need to update their hours of operation.Not impressed.

Yea so, the service was amazing, attentive staff but…. Food horrible, served cold, all plates came out at different times, ordered an omelet but got a burrito?!? Poorly organized, food was not good…. Staff is trying hard but food not worth it for price and flavor…. Sorry for the truthful review. Brunch on 10/9/22

Luke was wonderful! I had a great time with trivia night. He was attentive and interactive with the trivia players. Polite person and a pleasure to have spent the evening with.

Typically visit this place at least once while on HHI. Happy hour specials are pretty good. On football Saturday they have good beer prices and food specials. We got the Philly cheese steak which promised shaved steak on a hogie roll with American cheese, sautéed onions, peppers, and mushrooms. The steak was cut up in cubes (not shaved), the cheese seemed to be Kraft slices, there were no peppers nor mushrooms, and the roll was not a hogie roll. Don't order the Philly. The upside of our visit? The beer was cold and our server, Pam was great!
