So I know five guys is known for their fries and the bottom of the bag fries, but having a big pile of potato at the bottom of the bag is not appetizing. While I was sitting there, eating my burger, which was OK I watch the female cashier get into it with a Uber eats driver, telling him that their general manager only allows them to pick up one order. The driver politely showed her the phone with the request service, saying to pick up the other orders, and please give them to him to which she declined and said the general manager has a rule, saying that they can only give out one order. that’s insane because of someone who runs a restaurant I have multiple drivers that pick up multiple orders you can’t just ban a person from picking up the orders they’re sent there to get so they ended up canceling probably over $150 worth of food loss I feel sorry for the customers and if that’s the customer service I know for sure I won’t ever be ordering delivery through the app because that woman working the cashier is more likely to get my order canceled after having to wait already an hour for it just to have it canceled because the general manager is clueless . Super bad business. If you can’t adhere to the third-party rules, don’t use third-party for your store for delivery it’s foolish to punish the customers and eat, food, lost, and refunds over bad attitudes and poor management. The gentleman walked out and the orders never got picked up. I watched and waited. 10./10 probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
So we were order #2 this morning. Five Guys was what our 'dads ' wanted. We all ordered. I had a bacon cheese dog but without the bun . I have a gluten allergy. Our order came and my hotdog had a bun on it. Because it 's an allergy , I couldn 't just pick off the bun. Took it back to the counter and they said they would fix it. My family finished their meal and I was waiting and waiting. I finally went up and asked if they forgot me. Nope. It had been sitting at the counter for a while but they hadn 't called out or anything. Then I had to watch the young girl glove up. Get me a knife and fork, grab a mustard and bag my food. It took her a bit. I said ' oh it 's for here ' and was told everything has to be bagged. By the time I got back to the table everyone was ready to go ... instead they hot to sit and watch me eat. Not sure why it was such a production and took so long. Was not my best experience with Five Guys.
First one I've been in where you had to shout your order because of the music being so loud. Loved
Very polite and quick service. Our order was completed and exactly what you expect from a burger place.
