Subway - Hinesville

I'm honestly blown away from all negative reviews for this place, as I've never experienced anything as fast and accommodating. The staff is friendly, efficient and the dining room is always clean. Great location and great people.

The staff was so wonderful and patient with me and my commands and even if they changed the workers middle sandwiches so that they still kept an eye on the difference between the sandwiches and when they were finished, they ensured to mark the difference between the sandwiches that were similar and the flavors were so good and the ingredients were definitely fresh when we were there and the store was so clean and the review on the door was definitely displayed to go proud A

I come to this subway in spores and usually have good experiences, but sometimes there are slight trouble. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained. The food area is always clean and well stored. I tend to every lunch earlier a day, but that could be why. Service is always fast, even if they are busy and all employees are very friendly and attentive. I think a family manages or owns the restaurant as you always see them working together. Occasionally, it will be a small child walking behind the forecourt or the lobby and screaming or talking to patrons who are quite annoying when you try to relax, they are not always there. The food is usually well made and together, I usually have no problems with my sandwich falling apart (I get a 6 inch tuna with vegetables for reference). Overall, a fairly firm place to eat for lunch during the working day.

Employees were kind and have excellent customer service. The building was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. I went for their chocolate chip cookies but they were not fresh, so the employee made them fresh to order for me. Highly recommend this subway!

Customer service was A1!! Very polite young lady.
