O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Hiram

We had delivered our meal. My husband ordered the chopped steak (Med-well), came well made with 1tbls Gravy (on the side), 1/4 c Maische Potatoes. I ordered classic burgers (Med-well) with grilled onions (paid extra for this) cheese, salad, tomatoes. Burger was very well made, no grilled onions, little to no cheese. Wilted old salad and no taste at all! It took over an hour to deliver, due to several stops! The only reason I gave him 1 star was the Fritten good. Will not order from this facility again.

Exceptional customer service! Our waiter was Stephen. He was very personal and friendly. After confusion with one of the orders from our table, he immediately returned with the manager Elido. Both were friendly and accommodating the choice of another dish. Both Stephen and Elido illustrate your corporate vision to serve a passion Thank you for a relaxed and pleasant meal!

I will not pick up another order from this restaurant for at least one month. I make door Dash the manager I spoke with was very rude to the employee who ran the pick-up window was also rude. I not only make a service for a customer of them, but I make a service for their company and for the employees to be rude and the manager is not in my book. You should be able to handle their customers door Thather it or who picks up their food to drop it for them with a modicum of respect and they are clearly not able to do that I understand that they are busy, but that does not mean that you are rude to the people who do a service for your company and your customers

Amazing Tasha and fascinating bartender Steven were amazing and made my first experience in an O'Charlies wonderful! Great service and a smile on my face. We got engaged last month!

O'Charley's in Hiram on Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy????????. The Bomb!!!!! 4.00 Magarita!!! Lovely! Chicken Cajun Pasta 10 out of 10. And the waitress Sheila...wonderful! Overall the best food and service for an affordable price. Did I mention I was on my lunch break and I was in and out in 45mins!!!! Ya'll its worth stopping for!!!! I'LL BE BACK, LIKE TOMORROW ???.
