Tàn Huǒ Shāo しゃぶしゃぶ Hēi Tún Jiā

The gyoza at this restaurant is incredibly delicious! They even make their own special 'gyoza salt' which enhances the flavor even more. By following their instructions on how to eat the gyoza, the combination of condiments and freshly made dumplings is phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and for the price we paid, we received a generous amount of food. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place. 11/10 rating!

I was surprised by the quality of the appetizer assortment from the special menu at this izakaya - it didn't seem like typical izakaya fare! It was so delicious that I savored each bite. I'm currently studying shochu at Kurobuta-ya! ¯•ω•¯

Not only the meat, but they also use high-quality Hitome rice! The curry is delicious and there are plenty of rare shochu options available.
