Anna's Gaming Cafe - Hoffman Estates

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The staff are so friendly and the establishment is very clean. It's the perfect little spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Don't bother visiting this place. There are plenty of other friendly gaming lounges in the area. Some of the staff are rude, and the manager was mean and confrontational after drinking beer and gambling. They would not let me use the promotions on my five-star app, accusing me of cashing out without playing, which is not true. When I brought a new customer with me to use a promotion, they denied me and offered no explanation or hospitality. The manager was friendly to a Caucasian customer but disrespectful to me, a Hispanic woman. Support other businesses like Bellas near Elsa's, they are much nicer and not discriminatory. I complained to J&J online about the unprofessionalism and lack of transparency from the staff. Don't play at this place, they are racists and unpleasant.
