Tim Hortons - Holland

This place sucks! I went through the drive thru and instead of taking the time to give me the sauce I asked for they didn't. I found out it was because the staff wanted to be lazy and not have to open another bag of chipotle sauce when I went inside because then I had to wait 5 more minutes for them to get it. Then the hashbrown they served me was dried out, hard as a rock on the sides and old. This was after I left the building so at that point I wasn't turning back around again as I should've never been served that TRASH Another person was waiting inside and every staff member ignored him the whole time it took me to get my sauce which was at least 5 mins. The person ended up walking out. During that time there were workers just standing around. I definitely don't want to come here ever again after that experience. $7 for a meal and I can't even eat the hashbrown. Do better

I ordered 2 plain croissants. The girl Holland Ohio loc asked again if I wanted buttered toasted. I said some butter would be nice. With the window open she turned to her coworker very rudely that now I want butter on my croissants. There was no need for her attitude. I was fine with my pain

Love, love, love, coming this store. Everyone is soooo very nice. Very friendly to talk too and never rude!!!. Every time i come i have a good if not amazing experience!!

I stopped at the store about 15 minutes before the store was supposed to close. There was people inside but they already had everything locked up and wouldn't answer the drive thru. Instead, they went and hid.

The service was just horrible. Stood up at the cashiers register for 10 mins while the employees gave each other the side eye of who is taking these peoples orders. The girl with the pink hair and big long lashes..pls tell me you hate your job without telling me. Girl, all you had to do was at least act like you enjoy your job...plus having way too much make up on for someone who looks bored ad hell during their shift should at leasg try and puf on a smile. After she took my order, she rolled her eyes as if she wanted someone else to do the order. I will go thru drive thru next time so that i dont have to waste her an eye roll.
