Charleys Philly Steaks

One of the more well-rounded chefs, who had a beard, was disrespectful to anyone who looked under the age of 25. However, as soon as someone appeared older than that, he showed them a bit of courtesy.

Excellent customer service from the two young men at the Charlie's counter this afternoon.

The meat is incredibly thin and unappetizing, and the Philly steak has an odd, off-putting smell that made it hard for me to finish. The fries taste like they came straight from a generic frozen brand.

A young man, I believe his name was Tim gave us excellent service. Both my companion and myself were tired and not in the best form. I asked if someone could come to our table to take our order instead of going to the counter. Tim was that person. He took our order, paid for it with my Star Card, brought the order to us and even made a few adjustments for us in between. I tried to tip him, but he said he couldn?t take it. He suggested that I could give him a good rating

Really good food but slow on orders not their fault, they get alot of orders.
