Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Holly Springs

It says online that they have curbside pickup, but they don't. When we arrived, my wife called to ask if they could bring it out to us since we just came from the pool and don't have shoes on. The guy who answered the phone said he would bring it to the door for us. I stood by the door for half an hour but he never brought it, even when there were no customers. Eventually I just walked in without shoes on and got it myself

I have ordered the Baja wrap consistently over the past two years. The last two months when eating the wrap, it was half frozen. I called to let them know and the person who answered did not attempt to resolve the issue. We ordered it a couple more times with the same result. I don't think the pressing machine is working correctly so the issue has not been resolved so we just don't order wraps from their anymore.

Smoothie was good. the buffalo chicken wrap tho?? wasnt even cut all the way, it was cold, had WAY too much buffalo sauce. almost vomited.

I have been a loyal customer of this location since I moved here in 2018 and although there were a few mishaps along the way they were addressed without any issues. It seems like the quality of the smoothies have gone downhill tremendously.I ordered a smoothie online and when I picked it up it was very chunky so I went to the register and watched 3 different employees walk past me with no acknowledgment. After someone came to the register I explained the problem and she fixed my smoothie but obviously didn’t read the ticket because she forgot to add the Splenda.Following day I ordered a smoothie online and when I came in to pick it up the girl noticed it was chunky so she put more water in it and blended it again when she poured and filled the cup she threw the rest away (which was almost another smoothie). She put the top on and placed it with the to go orders. After I picked it up I had to wipe the smoothie off of the side of the cup and tasted it and it was completely watered down by all of the water and or ice she added.

We had the chance to stop in last week during a trip to the area. The staff was extremely polite and took the time to listen and talk to my wife about her special requests due to her dietary needs.Service was fast and the restaurant was clean, always a plus when visiting a new spot in an unfamiliar area!
