Starbucks - Hollywood

Today at 5.45pm. Starbucks staff refused to give me hot water in my own cup and mind up new type of policy which is completely unrelated. Despite the fact that Starbucks established general SOP, this branch doesn’t follow them.

Awesome service! The staff is friendly and professional. My drinks and food always come in a timely manner. Unlike some other coffee shops this place is well kept up and clean.

The reviews speak for themselves, DAVID has no emotion and made it seem like he didn't want to be there. I won't be returning. So slow for the morning shift. Overall just messy messy messy. David , quit if you don't want to work. That's all #derp

The MOST amazing little Starbucks there is! Liam, David, Mel, Taylor, Michael, Zack. . .The sweetest manager ever. . .The perfect Starbucks for the most incredible city in the world! Seriously. . .the crew is always on top of the rush and full of joy and great attitude! Kudos to whoever chose this bunch, they are truly a gift to our community!I'd been missing recently because of school and this is what Mel wrote on my cup when I told her studies were tough. . .Seriously. . .what more could I ask for?
