We also greatly appreciated Rich who also provided great service and conversation! Manor House is a must visit!!! Food drinks: Our dinner and breakfast were delicious and the pink gin was a favorite Rooms: 5
My second experience at Manor House since 2019. Ashley and Richard were so welcoming and accommodating. The wonder of Holy Island combined with the experience at Manor House is a MUST on your bucket list of life. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
We have spent three nights here. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The food was great and our room was warm and cosy. Lindisfarne is such a tranquil place and the Manor House hotel was a great place to relax. We enjoyed it so much we are going to come back again in March. Rooms: Room was warm and comfortable, the room was at the back of the hotel. This was because it was a dog friendly room which we were aware of when we booked. Walkability: A great central location to explore Lindisfarne. Food drinks: The food, drink and service were all excellent. A good selection of choices for breakfast and evening meal all great quality.
The staff were excellent! The room was OK (2) but the bed was VERY squeeky. The boiler had broken down, so there was no hot water. We lived!! Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet
From the moment we walked in frozen, we were greeted with a warm friendly welcome from the bar lady kayleigh. She was very engaging with us. Quickly got us our drinks and asked us if we'd like any food prior to the kitchen closing for the evening. She even gave us a a4 information/history sheet on the history of the building and family that used to reside there. Excellent staff member! It's a lovely building, and inside is warm inviting and tastefully done. Comfy sofas to lounge on and rest with your drink. In the corner is an aray of games etc to help pass the night away of which we took advantage of, apparently I've been playing domino's wrong my entire life who'd of known We ended up just ordering some cheesy chips to share as we wasn't overly hungry. Skins on and laced in cheese best ones I've ever had! Filled us both up for little Cost.
