This was my first time trying a Michelin star restaurant. Food was a bit on the pricey end which is understandable considering it’s Michelin star status. The dumplings were really good. And their service is top notch.
Food is not as great as before. The pork chop and beef are a bit dry. Service is good.
The soup dumping is really thin and tasty. The fried veggies is kinda tasty and not so oily. The shrimp fried rice is standard quality. The cold veggie appetizers is ok, it is very refreshing. The dessert steam cake is soft and spongy. However, the serving Time is unbearable. All dishes served within thirty mins , but the steam cakes takes 45 mins to wait, unbelievable.
Enjoyed my dinner here. The pork chop fried rice was really flavourful, and the pork chop was juicy and tender. Noodles was cooked well too. Drunkard chicken boasted amazing flavours, and execution was great. Loved the almond pudding and black sesame bun too the former was a delicate creation, and the latter was a decadent treat.
