Nocturne Wine Whisky - Hong Kong

A quiet, hidden gem in the exfoliation street. besides an amazing wine selection, the bar serves some of the best iberico ham in hong kong. the personal is very professional and warm and welcoming.

Quietly beautiful small spot hideout from the lärm. the killing attempt is the cosmic ambiente and the strong Italian old world wine.

Beautiful quiet location along the exfoliation road. condusive environment to catch with friends. excellent selection of whiskys and a decent wine list. some tables have also got cocktails.

I went with a friend for predinner drink around 6pm (they just open at that time). Highball was very good, big ice, high quality glass, precooled whisky. Then we noticed they have plenty of gins, so after the highball classic we asked the owner (Japanese lady) for suggestions of a couple of unusual gins. After some thinking, my buddy settled on a saffron one red in colour and I went for an italian tomato one (in the pics, if you are interested). I had it with ice and he added soda. Btw the bar is made of granite or some kind of stone, I liked that. 1h, 2 people, 4 high quality drinks, nice setting, around hkd500 total, perfect.

The whiskey selection was amazing. I recommend trying it with the whiskey chocolate. Also Japanese bartender Yuko san was very friendly. We will definitely come back and check out the rare wines upstairs next time.
