Skye - Hong Kong

I went there on a typhoon day and that was closed. during the midday time were not many people there. the service was good and the lookout was spectacular. overall the taste of food was excellent. everything was in detail, including the brot was served hot. food presentations could be improved to get a better dinning experience.

This restaurant is located on the 27th foot in the Park Lane hotel and has an amazing patio. We decided to sit out, to enjoy the great views. The customer service there was one of the best I’ve received. They were super patient with us on our indecisiveness of whether to stay out in the sun or to go back inside with the A/C. In the end after our main course, we asked if we could go back Inside for the dessert. They were super kind and patient, and set everything up for us. Skye Roof Bar and Dining Restaurant (cwb) restaurant week 2021 skye is now one of my favorite gift restaurants. eating was all on the spot, we ordered a three cure menu that included: 1. free drink 2. free signature channels 3. appetiser: hokkaido seared scallops 4. main course: 200-day carrot tenderloin 5. unlimited dessert (multiple selection of cake, mango sorbet and fruit salad) 6. free coffee/tea as you can see was the most spectacular. that is the best from the outside, but to be warned. it is superrrr hot outside and you could sweat like a well, but honestly, I think it was good for this view! we decided to have our dessert that was not so beautiful, but it was very comfortable and the desserts were amazing! we had a great choice of cake and we couldn't decide what to get! we were indecisive in choosing the internal or external kitchen, but the waiters were all super nice and patient with us

Impress the sincere efforts to make such a creative and comprehensive menu at a surprisingly reasonable price. came for a 6 person week brunch with a 4 cursor menu at about 350 per person. highlights: (1) a sweet, dry aged bark (a true joy); (2) the duck-fooie-grass with dark chocolate-crease (big combination to my surprise); (3) all lobster related orders. large harbour view and comfortable seating opportunity, supplemented by super attentive service (we are friendly, attentive and delivered very detailed explanations to any court, including design concepts and procurement of budgets). hopefully they will be able to hold this really excellent on all fronts.

Very nice and chilled dachbar with chilled music. very nice cocktails. love the view!
