Fed up! No quality control! Gone down-hill since Jimmy John sold the company. Once again, I waited over 30 min for my order, and it was missing the chips and cookie. Called the store about it. Waited another 30 min, and they delivered the wrong cookie. I have been enjoying the exact same meal for 35 years back to when I was a college student were Jimmy John opened his first restaurant. Very disappointing!
I wish I could give this worker zero stars. I go in and she asks if I had placed a pickup order and I told her no I wanted to set up a togo order, and she shakes her head and says f and then when I sign my quitting without drinking money, she torn it and threw the entrance on the counter while I ran her head. I would have liked to leave a tipp per usual if it was not as unpleasant as I went in the door, then she went on to treat the customer exactly like that after me. I understand that people have bad days, but that was disturbed!
The customer service in this business is missing to say the least. in the evening of the 28th juli I placed an order at this place by doordash. after placing the order and with exception, the unprofessional coworkers called me to let that the order should be canceled bc they are out of brot. they said that the empties would be refunded in a few days on my card. fast after aug 2 the fee is no longer pending, but complete. that means that I was calculated for an order I did not receive. I called the load like doordash. the manager I don't want to mention explained that he had to call doordash as a manager to have completed the refund. he said I should see the refund the next day. next day, no refund. I called back, and the manager was from ZERO help today. the order should never have been taken away from the load, they knew they had no bread. this is all over itself. responsibility for their mistakes. you don't get to keep money that you didn't deserve, and then act like I did something. I called doordash to happiness, and after they were unsuccessful to contact the load, they made me whole. no more jimmy johns for me.
I ordered four sandwiches, providing the names for all of them. None were marked. Sandwiches were missing ingredients, and I did not receive all the items I ordered. Bad experience.
