The food and service was amazing! Wasn’t crawfish season and owner wouldn’t sub when ordering a platter for 2. Was charged for an extra platter. Only asked for an extra claw of crab legs…was charged for 2 platters. Owner was very disrespectful and only offered to give $15 back on a $60
Literally just left this restaurant. Extremely disappointed. We are visiting town (5 adults) and were craving some delicious seafood. We are seafood lovers and know good taste, and sadly, this place does not have any type of flavor. Absolutely no seasonings, no salt, no nothing, including something as simple as shrimp. I didn’t even finish my plate, I couldn’t continue eating something so flavorless.I asked for ketchup and I think they’ve had that bottle for years, the ketchup was stuck in the bottle and no matter how hard you slammed it, the ketchup would not come out.Not to mention, we ordered the crab broil and were given scissors as a crab cracker tool, but wait, the scissors were broken in half!If there was something tasty, I’d say it was the cheese sticks and salad my son had. Oh and the the fried alligator, that was actually good!Regarding staff, most were nice, however our waitress was pretty rude. She was attentive to us, but she seemed pretty annoyed while serving us the entire time since the moment we sat down.Overall, we will never again step foot in this place, specially because the food was bland.Literally five adults left completely disappointed.
Great food. Even take out, after driving 90 minutes home, is good. Great service super nice people who know how to cook good seafood.
Such a warm and happy atmosphere. The service is absolutely incredible. The whole staff treat you like you're family. Which makes this one of mine and my husbands favorite places in Hot Springs. Anytime we have friends or family come visit. Cajun Boilers is our number one spot to go to for food. It's like having a cookout or craw fish boil, with family. ? And, you can access the back of the restaurant on boat, with easy access. If ever having a lake day.
