Had a great chat with the friendly couple and fresh food.
Buffet seemed small to me(but thats okay),there were plenty of new things for me to try. Originally the raw onions/jalapeños didn't have a utensil to self serve. I will be trying again some time later date to try the samosas with the tamarind or mint sauce. With Indian food being filling, considering rice, Naan, and samosa,i wouldnt recommend this buffet unless you are trying for first time to try different items. Infact the whole gorging yourself at a buffet expectation isn't really met here, yes you can get full easily but tapping out after 2 plates max left me unsatisfied in the mental aspect of what pigging out at a buffet should feel like. Altough this is the first Indian buffet I try, I felt that the quality of most of the food could be improved(considering the $16 cost, and small buffet size) aswell with the freshness. But in particular the chicken tikka masala, tasted the least fresh and was the item with the least quality, the chicken of the chicken tikka masala was dry and tasted a little too old. The two desserts were super delicious, my wife loved the fluffy airy rice pudding and the flan/custard tasting thing.
Went with a group for brunch today, and the food did not disappoint. The lunch buffet had great curry chicken, my favorite and chicken tikka. The naan paired great with all the other dishes they had out. My favorite dessert had to be the mango custard just absolutely yummy
Excellent food and super attentive service. You must try their chicken tikka masala and garlic naan!
