We had a very good, friendly and attentive service. The portions were very generous, almost too much.
The place is a little loud, but the food was great!! The chicken was a little unseasonal, so I would recommend the burger. The waiter was EXCEPTIONAL. He ensured that all our needs were met. I wanted a spicy sauce, and he brought more and more until we were satisfied. Also the ambience loved. There is a section outside with Jenga, connect four and corn hole. Come on!
Enjoy lunch here today and we will definitely be back. It was hard to make a decision what to eat, so we decided to go family style. We started with the tomato remover who is nicely paired with a Houston summer days warmth. We then moved to the Punjabi fish sandwich, today fish was redfish. The sandwich was excellent and for the first time I tried such a sandwich. We also shared the braided short ribs, it was also very good, but the feeling that the plate would have been better served with a somewhat shorter rib and a little less rice. Our site was the ripe Mac and cheese and was original in taste. We finished with the banana tea with Fat Cat Creamery Ice Cream. It was nice to see several local food vendors selection on the menu.
Came to try it for Houston Restaurant Weeks. Food was delicious, every single dish! And the service is fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and our server was very knowledgeable about the dishes we had. Definitely recommend.
Loved the atmosphere and the staff but the food fell short of our expectations for the price. Drinks were very good, but food was just ok. I had the Korean Short Rib and my husband had the Filet Mignon. We also had the rib tip mac n cheese, which was pretty good together but the mac and cheese itself had no real flavor. Korean food is my favorite so I was disappointed with the rib that did not taste like Korean Galbi, the steamed rice was undercooked and the kimchi was not traditional but still good. Steak was pretty good. Overall for 4 of us that dined and drank bill was over $300, so I expected more from the food. Still enjoyed our visit and would probably go back to try other items on the menu. The dishes were beautifully composed. Our waiter was very good, great sense of humor and very efficient.
