I highly recommend downloading the app; it's user-friendly for browsing the menu, checking prices, and finding deals. The staff are well-trained and go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your meal, making for a much more enjoyable dining experience.
I ordered two Filet-O-Fish through the McDonald's app, but when I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. The cashier informed me that they couldn't prepare my order and that they would cancel it and issue a refund. However, when I left, I was surprised to receive the order receipt via email, which stated that refunds weren't allowed. This situation felt very unethical!
This is the slowest McDonald's I’ve ever visited. They frequently overlook mobile orders, and I find myself having to remind them about my order almost every time I use the app.
Other than finding a big piece of egg shell the McMuffin was good. Good to know they use actual eggs too ?
Bad customer service. No gloves or hair nets being worn.. Why would a cup of ice cost $1.08 rip off
