Wingstop - Houston

Horble runners! all my wings had LONG patches of feathers. I brought the food back directly, just to say refunded are 3 to 7 business days only to the general manager! if I don't accept that they called the police on me! none of us! wingstop thinks this is acceptable. I will never my family I never I never I never I never I never like wenstop do not cry again will not be through this store and its policy

They just went from sugar to ****. No flavor like long time ago. Workers are rude and they are too high for the taste

I ordered over the phone just fries I gave them enough time 30 min when I got there still no fries ? a couple of minutes later they finally called my name but the fries were cold . How does that even happen? The restaurant was empty when I got there all they had to do was give me the fries before they got cold.... I came in today July the 17 nth got fries this time they were done fast I told the lady my name is Mary when she gave me the fries she said Maria ?? I'm Hispanic yes but my name isn't Maria it's MARY when I told her she didn't even apologize she just looked at me like w/e ... I feel like it was very rasist of her part to be calling me Maria wing stop should have a serious talk with their staff about this problem because they could even get sued over something like this if someone was mad enough

The entire team was rude and unprofessional. The manager was sitting at the table doing nothing watching the employees also do nothing. We stood and waited Infront of the register for someone to acknowledge us, greet us, or attend us and nobody did. A customer comes in behind us and the same lady we've been waiting to attend us at the register greets her and attends her. That's when we spoke up about why they are ignoring us but attending someone who walked in after us. The manager got up and spoke for her behalf stating that the other customer was being attended because she doesn't need to wait in line since she was picking up an order. We told her we were also picking up an order but since NOBODY acknowledged or greeted us, they didn't know how to do their job professionally. There's always RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL staff working at this location. Feel sorry for them because it says a lot about management. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you want to lose your appetite dealing with rude employees who hate their job.

Ordered my food at 10:54 they told me it would be 20 minutes, I come in to get my food and once they took my payment they said it would be another 20 minutes... I asked why didn't they say that over the phone the lady replied after 8pm they don't send orders back unless paid for . I've been at work all day and had to wait 50 minutes for 6 wings and fries this is horrible the communication and customer service is poor . I do not recommend this location!!!!
