Tim Hortons - Huber Ridge

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was consistent with my previous visits. A few months ago, I went to get my usual coffee but the first machine was broken and they were out of cream. I decided to give it another chance yesterday and tried to order a BLTE bagel sandwich, only to be told they were out of lettuce. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and the fact that they always seem to be missing something. I don't think I will be returning to this location again.

From 2007 to 2010, the main baker at this restaurant used to have a full display case of donuts that would always be busy with customers, especially during ice hockey games. The owner, Dell, would always ensure that the baker met their quota. However, in 2024, it seems that something has changed with the baker. If you don't treat your baker right, it can negatively impact your store. For example, look at the Tim Hortons at 161 and Bush in Dublin on Grandview Road. The baker who used to work there left and went to another location. The quality of the donuts at that Tim Hortons has declined as a result. The reviewer claims to be the best baker Tim Hortons has ever had in their 20 years of experience and is available for hire if any other location is in need of a skilled baker.
