Lady at the window was so so nice!! the food was very very very delicious and so so warm

They have this long winded message that plays a stupid script when you reach the drive up speaker. Then they ask what you would like to order. What's the reason for needing a name in the drive through? Taking a survey? You don't need a name. This must be some corporate wing tip shoe wearing marketing guy who is trying to make BK something other than what it is... a fast food hamburger joint! You order then drive to window #1 and wait until they jam all of the cars from the drive up speaker behind you and then they have you finally pay. They make you wait at window #1 since the workers are gaming the corporate system to keep the wait time at window #2, where it is timed, to a minimum. It is irritating to say the least! One last thing is they need to stop asking if you want to donate to THEIR charity or organization of the week. If I want to donate it sure is not to your charities or favorite fund. The food is ...well Burger King standard fast food.

Told I had to wait five minutes for my fish. Great hot fresh fish. Wrong! I live six blocks away and had to microwave them because they were cold. Not the first time this happened.

Just walked in a 9:22 and the guy behind the grill says Are you fucking kidding me people? He was upset I came in... I asked if they were still open threw down some utensils and walked to the back... I walked out after this since I wasn't comfortable with this person making me food

I understand that things are hard because of COVID right now but they can't give me hot food? Or even say hi when they open the window ? Lady this morning at the drive the drive thru window wouldn't even acknowledge me or even say hi when giving me my food
