Tokyo - Humacao Puerto Rico

Always consistently great. Everything I 've ordered has been better than any Asian restaurant I 've eaten at in the states . They have their act together in every way.

This restaurant used to be better. The fried rice was more hot lettuce than actual rice. Sushi is not the same as before. One day the server (who apparently is one of the owners) served us dumplings apps by mistake but we didnt realized. I got one of the dumplings when we realized it wasnt ours. The server came back like 20 minutes later and grabbed the dumplings and put them on the right table even though they were cold, and missing one. They should ve give the new ones but they did not. I thought it was a cheap move. Not a great restaurant anymore.

Sushi was great and the rice was perfectly prepared. Sticky enough that it held the rolls together perfectly but not soo sticky that it stuck to your fingers.

I have been here a few times and when I'm in the mood for sushi this is the place in Humacao. The food, presentation and attention is 5 stars. Suggestion if you like sake ask for the bottle it's a better deal.

The food and the service is good. I considered is better than others Japanese restaurants in the area. I recommend the Tokyo rice, remembered me the old Chinese rice we used to buy with all meats, little bit-expensive for a rice but good. The sushi is ok... it is a family atmosphere. The setup of the tables are to close to each other. Something that didn't bothers me until we have group of people that was talking to loud.
