Pho Dien 1960 - Humble

This is my very first google review but this pho is so good it needs more hype!! the VERY best pho in houston, and i’ve tried nearly all the pho places. the broth is clear, not greasy. the broth isn’t too sweet and it has a very rich umami yet light flavor that makes it addicting. my only complaint is that they aren’t located closer to downtown houston/bellaire, but only because i want to go here all the time!

Food was okay, all but the Tea, the tea was awful. The service was okay but they took a long time to seat us and take our order. The menu was confusing due to the lunch specials not having the options right below it.

The new owners now have the original recipe. Great pho!

The broth here is flavorful. It’s a good mix of spices and very well balanced. I enjoyed everything including a good portion of meat. It’s definitely up there for decent pho in Houston.

I absolutely loved the Vietnamese Pho Dien at FM 1960, Humble and it's still the best in town! They've got this secret recipe that makes the Pho taste amazing—every flavor just blends perfectly. The service is super quick, and the owners, a friendly couple, make you feel right at home. They really care about giving you the best taste and experience. It's my go-to spot for delicious Pho and great vibes!
